摘要
为了解纯电动汽车电池包液冷散热系统散热器的散热性能,对液冷散热系统进行结构分析和仿真分析。首先对纯电动汽车电池组液冷散热系统进行结构分析,然后在CATIA中建立散热器三维实体模型,并导入StarCCM+中,利用其自带的网格划分功能划分多面网格,并设置仿真参数。对电动车行驶过程中由于故障原因导致的散热器高温现象进行了冷却方案设计。最后,利用StarCCM+得到不同方案下散热器温度场、速度场及温升情况,分析不同冷却方案下散热器冷却速度,得出最优冷却方案。
Simulation analysis on radiator of battery liquid cooling system of electric ear is conducted to see its performance. At first, we give a structure analysis of battery liquid cooling system; and secondly build its 3D model in CATIA, then import it into StarCCM+ to get its grid and set simulation parameter; thirdly design different cooling strategy to solve high temperature phenomenon because of fault in the working of electric car; finally get temperature field and velocity field of radiator under different cooling strategy by StarCCM+, and find the best cooling strategy.
