万向节不等速特性实验装置的设计与实验

摘要 针对万向节不等速性的特点,设计了一种万向节不等速特性实验装置。利用齿轮传动比的原理将万向节不等速特性放大,并通过纯机械的方式将不等速特性绘制成曲线。运用该装置进行万向节不等速特性的演示实验,实验的综合误差不大于7.05%,验证了万向节不等速特性,为万向节不等速特性的直观演示提供了平台。 According to the characteristics of non-constant velocity of universal joint, an experiment platform for non-constant velocity of universal joint is designed. The characteristics of non-constant velocity of the universal joint are amplified by using the principle of the gear ratio, and a non-constant velocity curve is drawn through the purely mechanical way; An experiment is done on the platform, and the results show that its experiment error is not greater than 7.05%, which verifies the characteristics of non- constant velocity of universal joint; And it provides a platform for experimental study on non-constant velocity of universal joint.
