摘要
为了检测液压断路器性能,以50 MPa液压操动机构超高压断路器为研究对象,通过比较三种不同试验装置的设计方案,最终选用滑线电阻式位移传感器和单片机相结合的设计方法,对液压断路器分合闸时间、断路器分合闸速度进行测量研究。
To test the performance of the hydraulic breaker, 50 MPa hydraulic actuator circuit breaker is taken as the research object. Through the comparison of the design of three different test devices, the design method of combining slide wire resistance type displacement sensor and single chip microcomputer is finally selected, the hydraulic circuit breaker switching time, circuit breaker opening and closing speed are measured and studied.
