基层人大选举中的大学生参与现状及对策分析

大学生在参与基层人大选举中存在着对选举表现的很冷淡,投票盲目、随意及被动等问题。产生这些问题的原因是民主制度、选举程序落实中的弊端,大学生民主表达权利在一定程度上被忽视,对民主理论学习不够、民主理论水平不高以及组织单位宣传渠道狭窄、候选人确定的不透明性。其对策是正确处理执政党与人大选举的关系,充分发挥人大自身的作用,学校加强引导、教师以身作则,大学生充分发挥主观能动作用。
