“男孩危机”视角下高职男生教育管理实效性对策研究

On the Effectiveness of Education Management for Boys in Higher Vocational College From Perspective of "Boy Crisis"

越来越多的男生因为原生家庭、教育体制、社会舆论的影响出现了或多或少的"男孩危机"表现特征。因为学业水平不佳等原因,当初接受"男孩危机"调查的学生很多进入高职院校,因此作为高职的管理者从"男孩危机"的视角下开展教育管理就成为一种必然,本文就有"男孩危机"表征的群体作为研究对象,分析"男孩危机"形成的因素及管理教育对策。

A growing number of boys more or less emerge the features of Boy Crisis＇which influenced by original family, educational system, public discourse. Most of the boys who took part in Boy Crisis＇inquiries with the manifestations, due to the bad grades, entered into the high vocational colleges. So, it is essential for admistrators to carry out educational managements under this viewing angle of ＇Boy Crisis＇. This article regards the boys with Boy Crisis＇ as objects of research, emphasizes the causes analysis, and puts forward a valid countermeasure.
