摘要
高校教师资源是高校稳定教学质量、提高教学水平的关键资源,因此,对教师资源的优化配置是高校持续稳定发展的重要途径和方法。本文从我国目前高校教师资源配置的现状分析出发,发现高校师资配置的问题主要表现在配置结构失衡、工作量与实际需求失衡等方面,高校内部用人机制和外部经济体制的约束是导致问题出现的主要原因,在此基础上提出对策建议,以此提高高校师资配置效率、促进学校综合实力的稳定提高。
