摘要 大学阶段是学生掌握专业技能,培养各种社会能力的重要社会化阶段,很多高校已经意识到学生的学习效能是学习中的重要机制,大学生学习效能的提高并不只取决于学习者的天赋,还跟学习者的努力程度、学习动机、学习策略、自我意识、教师的教学方法等因素密切联系,是各种因素交互作用的结果,所以大学生能否进行有效的学习不仅仅决定于智力上的差别,更多地决定于是否有强烈的学习动机,好的学习策略,是否对自我有着清晰、准确和积极的定位。 The university is the important socialization stage in which university students can master the professional skills and various social abilities. Many universities have realized that students'learning efficiency is an important mechanism in learning. The improvement of college students" learning efficiency does not only depend on the learners" gift. It is also closely related to the factors such as the learners" effort, learning motivation, learning strategies, self consciousness, teachers" teaching methods and so on. It Is the result of interaction of various factors. Therefore, the ability of college students to learn effectively is not only determined by the difference in intelligence, but also depends on whether there is a strong motivation to learn and good learning strategies and a clear, accurate and positive orientation to the self.
