学生工作管理问题及应对对策

Problems on Students' Work Management and Countermeasures

在新的形势下,学生工作管理环境发生了很大的改变,传统的学生工作管理模式也已经难以适应新的情况和新的挑战,因此,对学生工作管理问题作出了解,并对学生工作管理优化对策做出有针对性的探索,是高校需要面临的重要课题与重要任务。本文在对学生工作管理问题作出论述的基础上,对学生工作管理优化对策进行了研究与探讨。

Under the new circumstances, great changes have taken place in the student work management environment, the traditional student work management mode has been difficult to adapt to the new situation and new challenge, there- fore, to understand student work management issue, and work management optimization strategies for students to make targeted exploration, which is one of the important subjects in colleges and universities need to face with the important task. Based on the discussion on the students＇work management, this paper studies and discusses the optimal counter- measures for students＇work management.
