在国家精准扶贫的背景下,扶贫的主要方式是政策倾斜和资金扶持。考虑到贫困户脱贫可持续发展问题,在对贫困地区物资扶持的同时,更应该加强文化扶持。文化扶贫应该注重贫困地区人民的思想政治教育、中国化的马克思主义与民族文化结合、文化知识学习和科学技能普及、民主与法制教育。
