城市社区养老服务初探——以郑州市管城区托老站为例

On the Pension Services for Urban Community——Take the Nursery for the Aged of Guancheng District in Zhengzhou City as an Example

伴随老龄社会的发展,社区养老服务是解决我国老龄人口养老问题的重要方式。本文总结了郑州市管城区托老站的发展现状,结合社区老龄人口的养老需求,从运营资金、场地供给以及服务状况等方面阐述了托老站目前存在的问题,并针对性地提出了对策建议,从而实现管城区社区养老服务的提升与发展的目的。

With the development of the elderly society, the community pension service is an important way to solve the aging population of our country. This paper summarizes the present situation of development of the nursery for the aged of Guancheng district and combines with the community elderly population endowment demand, from the operating funds, sites supply and service conditions. It expounds tore stood the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, so as to realize the purposes of development and improvement of pension services for urban community in Guancheng district.
