教学价值的现实诊断及幸福取向

摘要 塑造幸福的人是教学活动重要的价值取向。当前,教学活动在价值取向上存在着诸多误区和偏差,束缚了学生纯真的心灵,割裂了学生心理发展、身体发展和伦理需求的统一,给人才的培养和社会的发展带来了不利影响。教学活动的价值是多元的,为实现教学价值的幸福取向,教学应从教学过程、教学目的和教学关系等方面着手,关注、给予和实现学生幸福。 Shaping happy people is an important value orientation of teaching activities. At present, there are many misunderstandings in teaching activities and the deviation in the value orientation, which bounds students'pure heart, separates the students psychological development, physical development and ethical requirements and brings a negative impact on the development of talent cultivation and society. The value of teaching activities is diverse. In order to realize the happiness orientation of teaching value, teaching should pay attention to give and realize the students'happiness from the aspects of teaching process, teaching purpose and teaching relationship.
