摘要
东海火炬科技园6#楼位于厦门市,为超B级高度超限高层办公楼,主楼结构采用钢管混凝土柱、钢筋混凝土框架梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒。结构存在超高、扭转不规则、竖向不规则、穿层柱、斜柱等问题。工程超限结构设计主要通过小震弹性计算分析,中震抗剪弹性抗弯不屈服、大震弹塑性分析进行结构计算,对工程超限情况采取针对性措施,使结构达到安全可靠。
Dong Hai Science Park 6 Building located at Xia Men,it is a super class B highly overrun high-rise office building. The building structural form is concrete-filled steel tube frame column-R. C frame beam and shear wall core tube Structural system. The building have several features,such as super-high,tensional irregularity,vertical size irregularity,cross-floor column and inclined column.Through elastic design under frequent earthquake,elastic design and un-yield design under intermediate earthquake,elastic-plastic analysis in rare earthquake,targeted measures were taken to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
