“白加黑”工程应用橡胶沥青应力吸收层研究

Study on the application of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer when paving asphalt concrete on the existing cement concrete road

通过在实际工程项目中使用橡胶沥青应力吸收层,研究橡胶沥青应力吸收层的设计流程、工作机理。研究以福州市上三路"白加黑"改造工程为依托,对橡胶沥青应力吸收层的配合比设计、评价指标、施工要点做了较系统的研究与总结,试探性地提出了关于橡胶应力吸收层检验的两种新方式,并对橡胶应力吸收层应用所存在的问题提出思考和建议。

The design procedure and working mechanism of the Rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer are studied by using the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in the actual project. The research is based on the reconstruction project when paving asphalt concrete on the existing cement concrete road in Shangshan road of Fuzhou city. The mixture ratio design,evaluating indicator and construction points of the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer were systematically studied,then two new methods for testing the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer will be tentatively put forward,finally the existing application problems of the rubber stress absorbing layer will be thought of and some suggestions will be put forward.
