中药防治恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制研究概况

General situation of traditional Chinese medicine on prevention and treatment of bone marrow depression after chemotherapy for malignant tumor

恶性肿瘤发病率逐年升高,化疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中发挥重要作用。但化疗期间出现的骨髓抑制,导致患者生存质量下降,甚至因不能耐受而中止治疗。随着对中医药学研究的不断深入,发现其在防治化疗后骨髓抑制方面发挥重要作用。本文查阅近10年国内外有关中药防治化疗后骨髓抑制方面的相关文献,介绍中药活性成分、单味中药、复方中药等防治骨髓抑制的重要作用。

The incidence of malignant tumors is increased year by year, chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of malignant tumors. But bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy makes a decline in the quality of life of patients, even makes patients discontinue treatment due to intolerance. With the deepening study of traditional Chinese medicine, it is found that traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy. This article refers to the related literatures in recent 10 years at home and abroad on traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of bone marrowsuppression after chemotherapy, introduces the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, the important effect of single and compound traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of bone marrow suppression.
