摘要
2005年首次发现不同于Th1和Th2的CD4^+T细胞亚群,人们将这种主要分泌IL-17的Th细胞命名为Th17。Th17细胞具有独立的分化和发育过程,而IL-17是T细胞诱导炎性反应的早期启动因子,通过促进炎症细胞因子的释放来放大炎性反应。Th17细胞已被证实在风湿免疫性疾病的发病中发挥重要的致病作用。然而,Th17的作用与调控机制尚不明确,有待进一步探讨与研究。本综述简要阐述了有关Th17细胞及其分泌的细胞因子参与风湿免疫性疾病发病的研究进展。
In 2005 firstly described a newly CD4^+T helper cell, the identification of the new subpopulation of T helper cells and it was named Th17. Th17 cells have independence capable of differentiation and development process. IL-17 is an early startup-factor of inflammatory response induced by T cell, can promote the release of inflammatory cytokines to amplify inflammatory response. Th17 cells have been shown play an important role in pathogenesis of rheumatic immunologic disease. However, the role of Th17 cells and regulation mechanism is not clear and needs further discussion and research. The research progress of Th17 cells and their secretion of cytokines involved in rheumatic immunologic disease is reviewed in this article.
