摘要
铁基氧磷族元素化合物ReFeAsO的Fe位掺Co后具有超导电性,当Fe元素完全被Co元素替代时,超导电性消失,转而表现出丰富的磁性质,可见ZrCuSiAs型铁基超导体的超导电性与磁性具有紧密的联系。总结了ZrCuSiAs型化合物从ReFePnO到ReCoPnO(Re=稀土元素,Pn=P或As)的发展过程,阐述了ReCoPnO磁性材料的结构特征、掺杂效应、磁性质及其研究进展。
The superconductivity was found when Fe doped with Co in Fe-based oxypnictide compounds ReFeAsO. When Fe was replaced by Co, the superconductivity disappeared and then turned to show abundant magnetism. So, the superconductivity and magnetism of ZrCuSiAs type Fe-based superconductors had intimate connection. This paper mainly summarized the process of how the ZrCuSiAs structure compounds transform from ReFePnO to ReCoPnO (Re=Lanthanon,Pn=P or As), and described the structural features, doping effects and magnetic properties of ReCoPnO magnetic materials. Furthermore,it also presented the current research progress.
