摘要
根据某增程式发动机曲轴的二维图纸,利用Creo2.0软件建立了曲轴的三维模型。通过ANSYS软件对曲轴三维模型做了静力学分析,研究了曲轴与发电机转子连接方式的可靠性。对曲轴三维模型进行了振动模态分析,获得了曲轴前十阶固有频率和相应振型,为曲轴的进一步优化设计和动力学分析提供了理论依据。
According to the two-dimensional drawing of crankshaft of a range-extended engine, its 3D model was built by using Creo2.0. The statics analysis of the crankshaft's 3D model was carried out by ANSYS. The reliability of connection mode between crankshaft and generator rotor was studied. The first ten order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the crankshaft were obtained by analyzing the vibration model of the crankshaft's 3D model. The results provided a theoretical basis for further optimizing the design and analyzing the dynamics of the crankshaft.
