摘要
为解决叉车制造中对称型槽型工件的焊接问题,设计了一种双臂焊接机器人控制系统。围绕双臂焊接机器人的控制要求,给出了控制系统的设计思路,进行了软硬件设计,实现了焊接机器人的控制功能。实验结果表明:该控制系统具有操作方便、自动化程度高等特点,可有效提高生产效率。
For solving welding problem of symmetric groove workpiece in forklift manufacturing, a control system for dual arm welding robot was designed. Centered on the control requirements for dual arm welding robot, according to the design ideas of the control system, the software and hardware were designed to realize the control function of welding robot. The actual debugging and operation showed that the control system had the characteristics of convenient operation, it improved the degree of automation and production efficiency.
