摘要
通过现场调研、研究问题单,运用Dynaform软件对翼子板的冲压成形进行了数值模拟,研究了汽车翼子板成形工艺和与发动机盖、A柱、前门和大灯等配合处的成形工艺性,通过仿真得出汽车翼子板成形工艺及相应的优化方案,为汽车翼子板成形模具设计提供理论依据。
Through on-site research and research questionnaires, the forming process of the fender was simulated by using Dynaform soft-ware and the forming process-ability of automobile fender, engine cover, A - pillar, front door and headlamp were studied. The forming process and corresponding optimization scheme of automobile fender are obtained by simulation, which can provide theoretical basis for the design of automobile fender forming mold.
