摘要
目的:研究秦艽多糖的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用MTT法研究秦艽多糖在不同浓度和时间条件下,对人肝癌细胞SMMC7402、人胃癌细胞BGC-803、人肺癌细胞A549、人肾癌细胞HEK293的抑制作用。结果:秦艽多糖对人肝癌细胞SMMC7402、人肺癌细胞A549抑制作用明显,但对人胃癌细胞BGC-803、人肾癌细胞HEK293的抑制作用较弱;秦艽多糖对4种肿瘤细胞的抑制作用表现出一定的量效关系及时效关系。结论:秦艽多糖具有较好的体外抗肿瘤活性。
Objective： Study on anti-tumor activity of Gentiana macrophylla Pall. Polysaccharide（ GMPP） in vitro. Methods： MTT method was used to study the GMPP inhibiting effect on human liver cancer cells SMMC7402,human gastric cancer cells BGC-803,lung cancer cells A549 and kidney cancer cells HEK293 in different concentration and time. Results： GMPP has significant inhibitory effect on human liver cancer cells SMMC7402 and lung cancer cells A549,but weak inhibitory effect on human gastric cancer cells BGC-803 and kidney cancer cells HEK293. GMPP demonstrats some time-effect and dose-effect inhibition of 4 kinds of tumor cells. Conclusion： GMPP has good antitumor activity.
