易燃木炭的分析与制备研究

摘要 目的:利用松木废料制作安全环保的易燃木炭。方法:松木废料碳化成木炭粉,与配制好的氧化剂、连接剂均匀混合,压制成型后90℃干燥80 min,制得易燃木炭,试验研究NaOH含量对连接性能的影响及硝酸钾和高锰酸钾的配比对助燃效果的影响。结果:25%氢氧化钠10 mL水解5 g淀粉,然后加入1.25 g KNO_3及0.5 g KMnO_4混合助燃剂与7.5 g木炭粉混合制得产品,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电镜对易燃木炭进行分析。结论:实验室制备的易燃木炭,较购买的易燃木炭具有更高热值,安全性高且更环保。 Objective: The safe and environmental-friendly charcoal powders were prepared by burning furniture factory waste pine wood powders. Methods: The smokeless,odorless and inflammable charcoal powders were prepared by burning waste pine wood powders with a match point,and mixed with oxidation agent and connecting agent,under certain pressure pressing and holding 80 at 90 DEG C. The effects of connection agent kinds,concentration of Na OH,ratio of oxidant potassium nitrate and potassium permanganate were also studied. Results:Flammable charcoals are made from 25% sodium hydroxide,5 g starch,1. 25 g KNO_3,0. 5 g KMnO_4 and 7. 5 g charcoal powder. The samples were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( IR) and scanning electron microscope( SEM). Conclusion: The data of contrast tests exhibit that the value of calorific combustion is higher than that of the combustible charcoals,and show more friendly environment.
