毒品犯罪人社区矫正研究

当前和今后的一段时间,我国的禁毒形势依然严峻,治理毒品犯罪仍然任重而道远。而开展毒品犯罪人社区矫正研究,发挥社区在治理毒品犯罪中的基础性作用,是实现毒品犯罪社会综合治理的重要举措,也是实现社区矫正理论精细化的重要途径。在研究毒品犯罪人的个体和心理特征的基础上,贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策和《武汉会议纪要》,吸收群众组织参与矫正,构建以戒促矫的矫正模式,对毒品犯罪人社区矫正体系的完善和毒品犯罪的治理具有重要意义。

Currently and in some years to come, our country's drug control situation is and will still be severe. To study community correction of drug criminals and to highlight the fundemental role of the community in drug crime control is an important measure to realize a comprehensive control of drug crimes and to refine the community correction theories. In the study of drug offenders' individual and psychological characteristic,the criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy, mass organizations in correction, and the correction model of detoxification have a great significance for the improvement of community correction system and for drug crime control.
