储存条件或保质期通常会影响材料的物理性能,尝试通过使用抗菌整理剂提高材料的性能。从多种甘蔗作物(COC671,COM265和CO86032)中提取纤维作为试验材料。为研究抗菌整理剂对纤维保质期的影响,测试了初始纤维样品的各种物理性能,包括拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、应力松弛、扭曲刚度和抗弯刚度。然后,一半纤维使用抗菌整理剂,另一半纤维则直接储存。将这两种纤维样品储存4个月后再次测试其性能,以比较纤维性能和初始样品的性能差异。
Keeping condition or shell life affects physical properties,so it was tried to improve the properties by using an antimicrobial finish.In this attempt the fibers were extracted from different varieties of sugarcane crop which were taken as COC671,COM265,CO86032.To study the effect of antimicrobial finish on shelf life,physical properties like tensile strength,extension(at max.load),stress relaxation,torsional rigidity and flexural rigidity of original samples were tested.Antimicrobial finish was applied to half the fibers and the other half was kept as it was.Both the types of samples were stored for 4 months and again the properties of both samples were tested.They were then compared with each other and with the original samples.
