摘要
建立了1种超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS)分析方法,对纺织品中残留的含氯酚进行快速筛查和确证。该方法的定量限为0.5~2.0μg/kg,在3个不同加标浓度水平下,方法的平均加标回收率为82.4%~94.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为3.6%~10.6%。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、定量限低,可满足市售纺织品中残留含氯酚的快速筛查和确证要求。
An effective method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS) technique was established to screen and confirm rapidly of chlorophenols in textiles.The limits of quantification(LOQ) of chlorophenols varied from0.5 μg/kg to 2.0 μg/kg.The average spiked recoveries changed from 82.4%to 94.6%under three different spiked levels and the relative standard deviation(RSD) varied from 3.6%to 10.6%.The proposed method was simple,rapid and accurate,and could meet the demand for the rapid screening and confirmation of chlorophenols in commercially available textiles.
