摘要
以胶原(COL)和聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为核层材料,壳聚糖(CS)和PEO为壳层材料,采用同轴静电纺技术成功制备出核-壳结构纳米纤维。PEO的加入提高了壳聚糖与胶原的可纺性和力学性能。将质量分数为5%和10%的盐酸环丙沙星(Cip HCl)负载到核层以提供抗菌性能。分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪及X射线衍射(XRD)仪对制备的纤维的形貌和组分进行分析,并采用紫外分光光度计对核-壳纳米纤维的体外药物释放性能进行测试。
Core-shell nanofibers were prepared successfully by coaxial electrospinning with collagen( COL)and polyethylene oxide( PEO) as core materials,and chitosan( CS) and PEO as shell materials. The PEO was added to improve spinnability and mechanical properties of chitosan and collagen respectively. The concentration of 5% and 10% of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride( Cip HCl) was incorporated to the nuclear layer to provide antimicrobial properties. The morphology and composition of the resultant fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM),transmission electron microscopy( TEM),Fourier transform infrared( FTIR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer( XRD) respectively. The drug-released properties of the coreshell nanofibers in vitro was tested by ultraviolet( UV) spectrophotometry.
