摘要
为了研究永磁体励磁饱和对电机交、直轴同步电抗的影响,从理论上简单阐述直接负载法的原理。运用有限元法对某内置式永磁同步电机负载仿真,通过对交、直轴电流参数解耦扫描,得到交、直轴电流组合下的反电势曲线,对仿真得到的反电势基波幅值及其相位通过后处理分析,形成交、直轴电抗矩阵和其随交、直轴电流变化的曲线,最后总结电抗参数Xd和Xq随交、直轴电流的一些变化规律,为该种电机的准确设计提供参考。
In order to study effects of the permanent magnet excitation saturation on motor quadrature and direct axis synchronous reactance, this article theoretically expounds the principle of simple direct load method. Using the finite element method to conduct the load simulation on a built in permanent magnet synchronous motor; through the axis current parameter decoupling scan to obtain the back-EMF curve; conducting the postprocessing analysis on back EMF amplitude and phase, and form the current matrix and curve; and finally su mmarizes change patterns of reactance parameters Xd and Xq with axis current, which provides references for accurate motor design.
