摘要 为了客观评价自制新型隧道防火涂料的各项性能,选用水性环氧树脂、有机硅高分子、水镁石纤维和聚磷酸胺(APP)等原材料,用热分析法确定出各组分的合适比例,通过耐火试验、热重分析等试验,应用正交优化原理获得隧道表层和基层防火涂料的最优配方组合,研究开发出抗污耐水性能优良、质优价廉的新型隧道表层和基层防火涂料。经过测试,其各项性能优于现有相关技术规范指标要求。 In order to objectively evaluate the performance of self-made new tunnel fireproof coating, water-based epoxy resin, organic silicon polymer, brucite fiber and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and other raw materials were used to determine the appropriate proportion of each component by thermal analysis. Through the physical and chemical tests such as fire resistance test and thermogravimetric analysis, the optimal formula combination of fireproof coating for tunnel surface and base layer was obtained by orthogonal test. The new fireproof coating with excellent performance of stain and water resistance, which also has good quality and low price, was developed and successfully applied in tunnel projects. The test results show that its performance is superior to the requirements of existing technical specifications.
