摘要
为了评价水稳基层全宽超厚摊铺施工技术在大风高温气候地区的适用性,提高水稳基层整体质量,以连霍国家高速公路G30吐鲁番至小草湖段公路建设项目水稳基层全宽超厚施工为例,介绍大风高温气候下水稳基层全宽超厚摊铺施工的新技术,并对大风高温气候下水稳基层全宽超厚摊铺施工工艺及水稳基层养生和切缝工艺进行总结。结果表明,全宽超厚水稳基层施工技术在大风高温气候地区可行,各项试验指标均符合设计及规范要求。
In order to evaluate the applicability of paving technology with full width and extra thickness for the cement treated base in the regions with strong wind and high temperature and to improve the overall quality of the base course, the new technology was introduced by taking the construction of the Turpan-Xiaocaohu section of the G30 Lianhuo National Highway as an example. Paving with full width and extra thickness of cement treated base under strong wind and high temperature, the curing of cement treated base and the process of joint cutting were summarized. The results show that the new paving technology is applicable in the regions with strong wind and high temperature, and the experimental indicators meet the requirements of the design and specifications.
