福建省县域城镇化的影响因素及其空间差异

The Spatial Differentiation and Influence Factors of County Urbanization in Fujian Province

利用福建省2015年的统计数据,基于因子分析和多元线性回归的方法,定量探究了福建省县域城镇化的影响因素并借助Arc GIS空间可视化手段,进一步分析福建省县域城镇化各影响因素的空间差异.分析结果表明,福建省县域城镇化水平受到人口及政府支出、农业及用地和经济收入等多种因素不同程度的影响,并且各区域城镇化水平的影响因素呈现出明显的多元化特征.其中,沿海一带经济发展水平较高的地区,影响因素多元化特征更加明显.就每个地区而言,各影响因素作用存在强弱之分.基于此,充分发挥各地区自身的优势因素,参考其他影响因素,积极采取相应措施,提升城镇化水平,实现各地区差异化发展,以便福建省县域城镇化健康有序地推进.

Based on the methods of factor analysis and linear regression, this paper uses the statistical data of Fujian in 2015 to discuss quantitatively the influence factors of county urbanization in Fujian province. It analyzes the spatial differentiation of county urbanization, with the method of ArcGIS spatial visualization. The results show that the county urbanization level of Fujian province is affected distinctly by various factors, such as population, government spending, agriculture, land, economic income, etc. Moreover, the influence factors of urbanization in each region pres- ent the characteristics of obvious diversity, especially in the coastal area of high economic develop- ment level. In fact, in terms of each region, the influence factors exist differences. Therefore, governments should make full use of it＇s advantageous factors, consider other influence factors, take reasonable measures actively to enhance the urbanization level and realize regional differentiation de- velopment, which will promote the healthy and orderly development of county urbanization in Fujian province.
