用户信息行为研究热点与动向：协同、移动与智能

Research Focus and Trends of Users' Information Behavior:Colaboration,Mobility and Inteligence

智能化的技术环境为用户带来不同以往的体验,用户信息行为研究也随之产生新的变化。本文以iConference2017会议中有关用户信息行为的研究文献为切入点,并融合近年来相关研究进展,来探索近年来用户信息行为研究的进展与趋势。对会议中具有代表性的用户信息行为主题文献进行梳理,发现协同、移动与智能成为新的研究情境和出发点,因而本文从群体协同信息行为、移动用户信息行为、基于用户体验的智能交互技术三个主要方面进行阐述,发现近年来用户信息行为研究充分与智能化、移动化的技术环境相融合,探求群体用户信息行为特征、用户感知与认知因素,改进交互设计与技术,以便最终实现以人为中心的信息服务。

The intelligent technological environment brings different experiences to users, and the research of Users＇ Information Behaviorhaschanged consequently. Based on the related papers in iConference2017 and other related researches, this paper aims to explore the research interests and trends of Users＇ Information Behavior. By analyzing the conference papers, it can be found that intelligent, collaborative and mobile environment has become a new context and an importantpoint of Users＇ Information Behavior researches. Therefore, this paper introduces the research hotspots from three aspects, col- laborative information behavior incommunities, mobile information behavior and intelligent interactive technology. Researches of Users＇ Information Behavior, in recent years, integrating with the new technology environment, focus on the study of users＇ behavior, perception and cognition, and the improvement of interaction design and technology in order to provide user-o- riented information service.
