实施性城市设计控导要素与实施方式研究——以武汉市古田二路沿线实施性城市设计为例

Research on Control and Guidance Elements and Implementation Measures of Practical Urban Design——A Case of Practical Urban Design of Gutian Road of Wuhan

针对当前我国日益高速的城市建设现状,传统城市设计由于注重于提出城市设计概念而忽略管理实施的可操作性,且难以纳入法定规划,正逐步显现出其在城市规划管理上的局限性。实施性城市设计对城市开发建设的控导优势逐步体现,以武汉市古田二路沿线地区实施性城市设计为例,本文分析了实施性城市设计的控导原则、控导要素和实施方式。

The traditional urban design is gradually showing its limitations, since it focus mainly on the concept level instead of executions and controlling aspect and is hard to convert the design into a statutory language, especially in the situation that the cities develop at a great speed in China. The implementary urban design, which aims at the management of city developing and constructing, is gradually showing its advantages. Taking the regional implementary urban design of Gu Tian Second Road for example, it analyzes its principles, elements and embodiments of the controlling design.
