论述了高压静电粉末涂装的基本理论;研究了在高压静电场中的行为;指明了在高压静电场中粉末达到均涂的基本条件;达到了地直埋式通讯增音机箱体通过粉末涂装其表面能耐2500V高压的电击检验;介绍了粉末涂装工艺;总结了高压静电粉末涂装工程的十个要素。
The fundamental principle of high-pressure electrostatic coating for powders was described. The behavior of powder in electrostatic field was studied.The conditions for homogeneous film were mentioned.
