硒对不同重金属胁迫处理的小麦幼苗生理特征的影响 被引量:2

The effects of selenium on physiological characteristics of wheat seedling suffered in different abiotic stresss

摘要 近年研究表明,Se^(4+)对土壤重金属污染具有缓解作用.作者研究增施不同质量浓度Se^(4+)对经过Hg^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)胁迫的小麦(蜀麦969和川农16)幼苗的生长、根系活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及丙二醛(MDA)等指标的影响.结果表明,当加入ρ(Se^(4+))=5 mg·L^(-1)时,受Hg^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)胁迫后小麦幼苗的根长、苗高、根系活力和CAT含量能够得到有效恢复,SOD活性和MDA含量下降.但加入ρ(Se^(4+))=15 mg·L^(-1)时,Hg^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)对小麦幼苗胁迫增强,且不同小麦品种间表现不一致,具有品种差异性.可见对于施用一定浓度的Se^(4+)可以缓解重金属对小麦幼苗的危害,但需要根据实验确定不同品种合适的施用量.这项研究结果进一步证实了适宜ρ(Se^(4+))对缓解重金属污染具有重要作用,为小麦种植过程中缓解重金属污染提供理论依据. Instudy, root length,recent years, studies have shown that 3e could reduceseedingheight, root activity, superoxide dismufase ( SODtiae pollution oI neavy metal, tn tins), catalase (CAT) and malondialde-hyde(MDA) were investigated at seedling stage of two wheat cuhivars (Shumai969 and Chuannongl6) which -- 2+ ,2+ pb2+were stressed by rig and with different p( Se4+) treatment.The results showed that root length, seed-ling height,root activity, SOD, CAT and MDA were affected by Hg2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ treatments, and adding p(Se4+) at 5 mg · L-1 reduced the effect of pollution.While increasing Sea+ to 15 mg/L, the stress by the heavymetals was aggravated.It is concluded that p (Se4+) could alleviate heavy metal pollution under proper concentra-tion which varies by genotypes, providing theoretical basis for solving heavy metal pollution in wheat growing are-as.
