摘要
基于菲涅耳公式的模型和非线性拟合法,提出了微分全反射法,通过测量样品表面的反射光的光强可得到固体混合物各成分的折射率及其比例.
Based on the Fresnel equation and nonlinear fitting process,a differential total reflection method was presented.By measuring the reflection intensity,the refractive index and proportion of the components in solid mixture could be measured in real-time.
