立足于当前司法改革的大背景,结合基层法官的特点,以需要层次理论的激励视角出发,提出了重构基层法官职业保障制度的路径建议:健全基层法官职业保障的立法、保障基层法官职业权力的充分行使、强化基层法官职业安全保障、增强基层法官职业尊荣感、提高基层法官职业群体的薪酬。希望为我国正在推行的司法改革提供相关素材和意见建议。

Based on the background of the current judicial reform and the characteristics of the judges at the grassroots level, putting forward some suggestions on how to perfect the job security system for the basic lev- el judge ： perfecting the legislation of grassroots judges＇ occupational security ; ensuring the full exercise of pro- fessional power of grassroots judges; enhancing the basic level judge sense of professional honor;improving the basic level judge professional groups pay. Wish to provide some references for the new round of judicial reform in China.
