In the future, public hospitals will take non-profit undertakings as their running principle, grouping as their outside structures, platforming as their running pattern, sharing as their management process and non-bordering as their organizational direction. In order to meet the change and latent challenges. Government must set a management system of giant departments and the in-vestment pattern of investment, new-type hospital alliance and idea and pattern of great governance.
