摘要
现有的住院医师规范化培训体系以住院医师的技术性技能的培养作为培训重点,而忽视了非技术性技能的培训要求。研究分析了非技术性技能培训的现状,提出了进一步发展完善的建议与策略,需树立既培养医疗技术又培养非医疗技术的理念。
The importance of the technical skills is gaining increasing prominence in standardized residency training, while non - technical aspects of training has never been widely accepted by the community. The status of non - technical skills was ana- lyzed in this study. Some countermeasures were put forward to improve it. It is critical to strengthen the technical skills and non - technical skills in parallel.
