摘要
目的:探讨提高消毒供应中心的质量管理对临床工作满意度的影响。方法"将消毒供应中心员工按两个时间段分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规质量管理,观察组采用干预质量管理。调查观察组和对照组在调查期间的工作质量合格率与临床医务人员的满意率。结果:观察组服务质量合格率和医务人员对消毒供应中心各项工作的满意率远远高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心提高质量管理对提高临床工作满意度有积极作用。
Objective To study the influence of quality management of central sterile supply departments on the satisfaction of clinical services. Method 38 cases of staffs in a central sterile supply department were divided into control group and observation group. Routine quality management was implemented in control group. And intervention quality management was implemented in observation group, The qualification rate of medical services and satisfaction rate of medical professionals in these two groups were surveyed. Results The qualification rate of medical services and satisfaction rate of medical professionals in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Quality management of central sterile supply departments has positive effect on the satisfaction of clinical services.
