药品临床评价是药品监督管理过程中的一个重要组成部分,有利于保障临床用药的安全性、有效性、合理性及经济性等。文章通过文献检索等方法全面了解药品临床评价在治疗效果、不良反应、用药方案、贮存稳定性及药物经济学5大方面的现状,剖析造成现状的原因,并为完善我国药品临床评价工作提供建议。

Drug clinical evaluation of is an important part of drug supervision and management process, which is helpful to ensure the safety, effectiveness, rationality and economy of clinical medication. This paper comprehensively understands the cur- rent situation of drug clinical evaluation in the five aspects of treatment effect, adverse reaction, medication program, storage sta- bility and drug economics through literature search and other methods, then analyzes the causes of the present situation and pro- vides suggestions for improving the drug clinical evaluation.
