卫生事业管理专业人才综合能力需求及专业课程认知分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Ability Demands and Professional Courses of Cognitive for Health Management Professionals

目的:提高贵州省卫生事业管理人才培养的针对性。方法:采用调查量表对相关行业管理岗位的从业人员进行人才综合能力需求及对专业课程认知调查。结果:综合能力要求、专业课程的重要性和实用性调查分量表的Cronbach’sα系数均>0.83,累积贡献率均>67.8%,最大因子负荷均>0.49,共同度值均>0.60,表明调查量表具有很好的信效度。"交流沟通"、"组织协调"、"文书写作"和"计算机操作"等是卫生事业管理人才所需具备的核心能力;依据用人单位需求,可将专业课程分为核心、基础和拓展等三类。结论:调整专业课程教学安排,加强综合能力培养,有利于提高卫生事业管理学生的就业竞争能力。

Objective To improve the pertinence of the health management professionals cultivation in Guizhou province. Methods The health management practitioners in management positions were surveyed with self - made scales to understand the de- mand of health management profession for comprehensive abilities of practitioner, and the cognitive status quo of professional cour- ses importance and practicability. Results The Cronbach＇ s ctcoefficient, cumulative explained rate, maximum load factor and communality value of comprehensive ability dcmands scale, importance and practicability of professional courses scales were more than O. 83, 67. 8%, O. 49 and 0. 60, respectively. It indicated the scales had good internal consistency and construct validity. The communication, organization/coordination, document writing and computer operation were core ability of health management professionals. Based on the ability dcmands, the professional courses could be divided into core, basis and extended type of cour- ses. Conclusion Adjusting the teaching arrangement of professional course and strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive ability were conducive to improve the employment competition ability of health management students.
