摘要
目的:探索免费医学生生命意义感与专业承诺的关系,为免费医学生教学改革提供参考。方法:选取赣南医学院507名免费医学生,运用生命意义感量表、大学生专业承诺量表进行调查。结果:本次调查结果显示,除个别维度外,不同性别、生源地免费医学生生命意义感、专业承诺水平差异不具有统计学意义(均P>0.05);免费医学生生命意义感量表得分与大学生专业承诺量表总分及4个维度得分呈显著正相关(r=0.335,0.363,0.247,0.164,0.286,均P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,免费医学生情感承诺水平对生命意义感有一定预测作用(P<0.001)。结论:免费医学生专业承诺可以影响生命意义感。
To explore the relationship between life meaning and professional commitment of rural - oriented medical students, and provide references for reform on education. Methods 507 cases of rural - oriented medical students were selected from Gannan Medical University and surveyed with life meaning scale and specialty commitment inventory of college students. Re- sults In addition to individual dimensions, there had no significant differences in scores of life meaning and professional commit- ment in factors of gender and origin of medical students ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The scores of life meaning scale were significantly positively correlated with the total scores and of 4 dimensions in specialty commitment inventory ( P 〈 0.01 ). And regression analysis showed that the dimension of affective commitment could predict the life meaning of rural - oriented medical students( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Professional commitment can influence the life meaning of rural - oriented medical students.
