西藏地区医学生农村就业意愿及影响因素分析——以西藏大学为例

Analyzing The Medical College Students' Intention To Work In Rural Tibet And Its Influencing Factors Sampled With Tibetan University

目的:调查西藏医学生的农村就业意愿及其影响因素方法:以实证研究的方式,通过调查西藏大学医学院的高年级学生的农村就业意愿,并分析其影响因素。结果:不同的民族、性别、专业、家庭背景等影响学生就业选择。而学生重视的影响因素变量依次为单位工作条件、单位待遇与岗位权力、个人生活与发展空间。结论:在今后西藏医学生招生、就业及制定农村卫生人力政策时,应综合有关方面加以考虑。

Objective To study the medical college students＇ intention to work in rural Tibet and its influencing factors. Meth- ods Empirical research was applied to survey the medical college students＇ intention to work in rural Tibet and its intluencing fac- tors. Results The factors of nationality, gender, specialty and family background can influence the students＇ employment. And the influencing factors which were valued by students were ranked as working condition, remuneration and authority, the space of per- sonal life and development. Conclusion These influencing factors need to be comprehensively considered in enrollment and employ- ment of medical college students, and policy - making in Tibet.
