加权TOPSIS法在临床科室效益评价中的应用

Comprehensive Evaluation on Department Economic Benefits by Weighted TOPSIS in a Secondary Level Hospital

目的:对某二级甲等医院2015年度各临床科室效益进行客观评价。方法:应用加权TOPSIS法从医疗收入、人均利润、人均产值、收入增长率、目标完成率5个二级指标对该院2015年医疗质量进行综合评价和分析。结果:在24个临床科室中Ci值最高为最好,最高为0.6636,最低为0.1274,提示科室之间差异较大,发展不均衡。结论:TOPSIS法方法简便、应用灵活,可以较为直观地反映出各科室的效益,可应用于科室绩效评价。

Objective To make an objective and accurate evaluation of the economic benefits with weighted TOPSIS and to provide the scientific evidence for the hospital management. Methods Weighted TOPSIS evaluation method was used to explore the economic benefits of clinical departments in 2015. The evaluation was applied to the following four aspects ： medical income, per capita profit, per capita output, income growth and the target completion rate. Results The best Ci value was 0. 6636. The worst Ci value was O. 1274. It was found that the level of clinical department development were large differences and uneven develop- ment. Conclusion TOPSIS is an easy - calculated, flexible - application and result - reasonable method and should be applied to the evaluation of clinical department economic benefits.
