摘要
PCE超越离合器的弹簧运动、受载复杂,其寿命直接影响离合器的可靠性。文中采用动力学仿真方法对离合器接合及稳定传动阶段弹簧与楔块的相对速度进行了分析,基于Archard磨损模型计算获得了离合器接合瞬态与稳定传动两种状态下弹簧磨损断裂的时间。通过有限元方法分析了离合器接合状态下弹簧应力,采用Manson-Coffin模型对弹簧疲劳寿命进行了预测。研究结果表明:弹簧最大应力出现在弹簧与楔块侧槽接触处;弹簧疲劳裂纹产生寿命长于磨损断裂寿命,即弹簧的寿命取决于磨损。文中研究可为PCE离合器中弹簧的设计提供依据。
PCE overrunning clutch spring is under complex motion and loads, and the reliability of the clutch is affected di- rectly by its life. The dynamics method is conducted to analyze the relative velocity between clutch spring and wedge in engage- ment and normal driving stages. The wear fracture time of spring in these two stages is acquired based on Archard wear model. The stress of spring in clutch engagement stage is analyzed by finite element method,and fatigue life of the clutch spring is pre- dicted with Manson-Coffin equation. The results show that the maximum stress occurs in the contact region of spring and wedge, and the fatigue life is longer than wear fracture life, that is spring life is determined by wear. This research provides an important basis for design of PCE type clutch spring.
