Determination of Karanal and Its Isomers in Detergents by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术对洗涤用品中卡拉花醛及其同分异构体的总含量进行测定。样品以甲醇为溶剂进行超声提取,经DB-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱分离,SCAN模式进行分析检测。通过气相色谱法确定标准溶液中卡拉花醛及其同分异构体的比例,在5~100 mg/L浓度范围内建立标准曲线。方法定量下限(S/N=10)为0.25 mg/g,加标回收率为97.4%~111.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为3.7%~7.2%。该方法快速简便、准确可靠,适用于洗涤用品中卡拉花醛及其同分异构体的日常分析检测。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric(GC-MS) method was developed for the determination of karanal and its isomers in detergents.Samples were extracted with methanol through ultrasonic method.The target ingredients were separated on a DB-5MS column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) and analyzed with MS under scan mode(SCAN).Gas chromatography was used to confirm the proportion of karanal and its isomers in standard solution.The linear equations of karanal and its isomers were set up between 5 mg/L and 100 mg/L.The limits of quantitation were 0.25 mg/g.The recoveries ranged from 97.4% to 111.5%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6) of 3.7%-7.2%.This method was rapid,accurate and convenient to operate,and it was appropriate for the determination of karanal and its isomers in detergents in routine tests.
