新型多功能隐身篷布的性能和应用

Performance and application of the new multifunctional stealth tarpaulins

按照国标和国军标的要求,对新型多功能隐身篷布的防水透湿性能、阻燃性能、撕破强力、拉伸断裂强力和雷达吸波性能进行检测。测得篷布的静水压为42.6 k Pa,透湿率为7 350 g/(m^2·d),氧指数为30%,纵、横向撕破强力分别为26、34 N,纵、横向拉伸断裂强力分别为960、690 N,3~8 mm波段的雷达波反射率为1%。新型多功能隐身篷布符合要求,已经在部分车辆上得到应用,可以替代传统篷布。

According to the requirments of national standards and national military standards,the waterproof breathable performanc,flame retardance,tearing strength,tensile breaking strength and radar absorbing property of a new multi-functional stealth tarpaulin were detected. The hydrostatic pressure of the tarpaulin was at 42. 6 k Pa,the water-vapor permeability was at 7 350 g/（ m2·d）,the limited oxygen index was at 30%, the longitudinal and transverse tearing strength were respectively at 26 and 34 N, the longitudinal and transverse tensile breaking strength were respectively at 960 and 690 N,and the radar reflectivity at 3 ~ 8 mm band was 1%. The new multifunctional stealth tarpaulin could meet the requirements,and it has been adopted in some vehicles and could replace the traditional tarpaulins.
