摘要
采用能量色散型X射线荧光(EDXRF)分析法测试面料中锗含量,阐述测试的基本原理,讨论影响测试结果的因素,建立散射谱线内标法校正模型。试验结果表明,EDXRF分析法测试面料中锗含量,单个样品的测试时间仅需180 s,平均绝对误差为1.10μg/g,相对标准偏差为1.26%。
The energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence( EDXRF) analysis method was used to test the germanium content in fabrics,the basic principle of the test was described,the factors influencing on the tested results were discussed,and the calibration model of scatter internal standard was established. The experimental results showed that a single sample's testing time was only at 180 s by using the EDXRF analysis method to determine the germanium content in fabrics,the average absolute error was at 1. 10 μg/g,and the relative standard deviation was at 1. 26%.
