摘要
利用具有抗菌功能的磷酸锆钠载铜材料和具有远红外功能的太极石材料为原料,通过共混纺丝法,制备一种新型抗菌远红外聚酯纤维。穿着抗菌远红外聚酯纤维内衣测试发现:纤维抑菌率>98.00%,面料远红外法向发射率>0.85,人体血流量和血流速增幅都>32.00%,证明该纤维具备抗菌远红外保健功能。
Using Cu loaded NaZr_2(PO_4)_3 with antibacterial property and tai chi stone with far-infrared function as raw materials,a new type of polyester fiber with antibacteria and far-infrared function was prepared by compound spinning method. The test results after wearing the underwear made of the polyester fibers with antibacteria and far-infrared function showed that,the fiber's bacteriostatic rate was over 98. 00%,the fabric's far-infrared emissivity was over 0. 85,and the growing rate of blood flow volume and the growing rate of blood flow rate were both over 32. 00%,which proved that the fiber had antibacteria and far-infrared function.
