摘要
为研究棉针织面料经交联后的调温性能,以15.6 tex的纯棉纱为原料,编织纬平针、1+1罗纹、罗纹空气层、罗纹半空气层等4种组织结构的针织物;利用摩尔分数比为1∶9的试剂PEG-800和药用PEG-1000作为单一相变材料、2D树脂作为交联剂,处理这4种棉针织物;最后对棉针织物进行热活性、物理力学性能和湿热舒适性测试与分析。结果表明:交联后棉针织物的各项性能均能满足针织物服用性能要求,表明开发该智能调温棉针织面料是可行的。
In order to study the thermoregulation performance of cotton knitted fabric after crosslinking,four kinds of organizational structures' fabrics,which were plain knit,rib 1 + 1 stitch,milano rib and half milano rib,were knitted with the 15. 6 tex pure cotton yarn as raw materials. Then these four kinds of fabrics were handled with mole fraction ratio 1 ∶ 9 reagent PEG-800 and pharmaceutical PEG-1000 as a single phase change material,and 2D resin as cross-linking agent. Finally the thermal activity,physical-mechanical property and heat and moisture comfort of the cotton knitted fabrics were tested. The results showed that,various properties of the cotton knitted fabrics after cross-linking could meet the requirements of knitted fabric's wearability,which proved that the development of intelligent thermoregulation knitted fabrics was feasible.
