摘要
糖尿病肾脏病是严重的糖尿病微血管病变,也是导致肾功能衰竭的重要原因之一。根据其临床特征及预后转归可归属于中医学"消渴""水肿""尿浊"等范畴。本文主要总结和讨论滋阴益气、活血解毒法在糖尿病肾脏病治疗中的运用,旨在为糖尿病肾脏病的中医治疗提供理论依据。
Diabetic nephropathy is a serious diabetic microangiopathy,and is one of the important causes of renal failure. According to its clinical manifestation and prognosis,it can be attributed to the category of Chinese medicine,such as xiaoke,hydroncus and urine turbid. In this paper,we mainly summarized and discussed using the theory and method of nourishing Yin and supplementing Qi,promoting blood circulation and detoxifying in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease,in order to provide theoretical basis for Chinese medicine treatment.
